I began working for IRS in 1978. Over the next 20 years, most of that time as a senior revenue agent, I audited businesses, high net worth individuals and banks. In 1998, I left IRS and began my private tax practice.
Relationships Matter
I am looking to form relationships with clients who have businesses large and small, executives, rental property owners, professionals, and others with complex tax situations. I don't prepare thousands of tax returns and my clients, who live across the country, keep me busy all year.
Tax Services
I prepare corporation, S corporation, LLC, partnership, sole proprietorship (Schedule C), trust and applicable state tax returns. I represent clients in IRS & state tax audits and collection matters (installment agreements and Offers-In- Compromise).
